Q: Do I need to have a teacher to sing with me at home?
a. Yes. You do not need your parents or teachers to sing with you at home. If you’re not sure who to look for, consult one of our teachers.
Q: How long will it take to sing?
a. It takes about twenty or thirty minutes (depending on the song) to sing your part. There are also two songwriting articles to help you plan your part for time in the performance room.
Q: What is it like to sing?
a. The way you sing depends on how experienced you are at singing.
Q: What’s the hardest part of singing?
a. You have to keep your voice strong throughout a song. You may have to change your singing rhythm. You may have to adjust the tempo.
Q: How do I know if I’m singing well?
a. Listen to the beat, the voice, and the voice. Make the voice clear and simple to understand. Your voice should sound real and you should sound natural. There are many things you can learn to help improve your voice, but you’ll need to do that independently. If you are new to singing and the instructor is doing a great job, you should feel proud as well. In the past, people have given up on singing because of terrible pronunciation or bad delivery. They have also had difficulty knowing when they were singing the right note.
