It’s very difficult, it takes a lot to build up to it and you need a lot of experience to be able to do it the same way again.
“But it’s fun. You have to have a good balance. You have to do them every day. For me, it’s a good way to relax, to spend a lot of time with your friends and to watch the ball in full speed, to practise and to get into the rhythm of it.”
But what of the other disciplines?
“I love to run,” he says. “I don’t do too many sports, because one mistake, it’s not fun.
“I like to jump, I like to throw up balls in the air.”
If it all makes sense, then you could consider himself a good coach or a good pole dancer, or you could regard this little film as a load of bollocks.
“It’s not so much the film that’s not very important.”

One of the key features for Android 5.0 Lollipop is the addition of a Notification Panel, in particular on devices running Lollipop. The default behavior is to use a dark status bar with a rounded edge. On Nexus phones, these edge animations work particularly well, as they make it really easy to see the notifications (like SMS or phone call).
There are also features with the notification panel’s translucent status bar, such as the ability to see the app’s icon in the status bar as well as its action bar.
The feature isn’t present in any Android 5.x series device without a custom ROM. The default, stock behavior works fine for most, but if you experience a problem, try the following steps:
1. Enable the Android Notification Panel by going to Settings > Security and then selecting Accessibility.
2. Then open the status bar (Settings > General > Status Bar and enable the new panel):
You can also force it to use a black status bar using the setting “Use dark status bar for all notifications” under Accessibility > Status Bar (useful), or enable the status bar option through the Notification panel menu under Settings > Notifications > Show status bar in the left edge of the screen for all.
