It takes time and is very time consuming, with you being at the arena everyday, rehearsing and choreographing yourself to a certain standard. You may think that as an extra you just have to do that a thousand times in a year, but you never really learn. It is something we do for life, to the point that it is like our routine. You learn to make your body work at the same time, that the same movements work for you every time. You need to learn how to move to dance like a pole dancer. Some people think you just have to learn to do the moves and that’s it. It can take anywhere from one to 15 years, with every day being different. You have to train for a while. I feel very relaxed and have the energy of a 19 year old. It is a great feeling.

It’s amazing to see these fans. Even when my dad was here and I was doing my first show it was very emotional to make the connection with these fans I never thought I would. It’s something that keeps you going. I’ve known some of my other fans for years and to see them still so happy and having a positive energy is something that I never thought I would experience. It always reminds me that it is ok to smile, to make someone else smile and it’s really important to show others what
