How do you prepare for pole dancing?

Do a few weeks of pole preparation with someone who you trust. Get your body relaxed and warmed up and focus on your technique.

Once you’ve started pole you’re already looking at long, painful days of sitting down to go pole. Make the least amount of mistakes as possible.

Are you thinking about taking your pole to the next level?

If you think pole dancing is just for you and you haven’t reached that feeling just yet, maybe make our Pole Dance Competitions Page a priority list when you’re looking to improve. It doesn’t matter if the competition gets delayed again and you don’t make the finals. You could still learn something from your first experience.

What are some things that you need to work on when you’re studying pole dancing?

Pole dancing isn’t a quick and simple sport. It’s much harder than any other sport I have ever practised, and it takes a little time to get it right. It’s all about getting everything up to speed before moving to the next level.

You can learn lots of stuff from the competitions that you’ve watched. The more you watch, the more you start finding your skills that match your goals and your training methods.

Also look out for the Pole Dancing Academy. That’s an online platform where you can learn from top coaches and people about the most important things about pole dancing.

You can also read our Pole Dancing Tips. They’ve been compiled and are really great starting points. It’s not really something that you get right at one time, it’s something you build up.

I’ve seen lots of friends take their skills to the next level and make it to the top of the pole dancing industry.

Where do you go from here?

The Pole Dance Academy (PDA) can help you get your pole dancing skills up to speed. It’s run by a team of elite pole dancers.

There’s an option where you can take a class in my area, but only for 5 weeks. But once the training begins to build, you don’t know how long it will take.

The biggest advice I can give to anyone is to use your time optimally and learn a few key skills, one or two techniques you need to have, and then go into pole dancing to find the perfect skills.

What kind of tips would you give for someone going from beginner to beginner, whether it’s pole or anything else?

Keep practicing until you
