How can I help promote the show?

Make sure you tell your friends, your family and your neighbours about this contest. This will make sure even more people can learn how to pole dance!
How would I get into pole dancing?
Getting started in pole dancing is easier than you think. We are giving pole dancing classes every Wednesday at the Centre of Excellence in Helsinki for people of all ages from 18 – 65 years old.
If you are thinking of taking a lesson, please see our beginner’s guide below.
Are there any places in Helsinki where I can pay for instruction?
As we cannot have the cost involved in making the pole class, we have set apart a particular place for those who want to pay for their own instruction.
